Working together with athletes, merchandisers, and designers to identify key design elements, logo creation, product categories, product design and sampling, supporting marketing materials and go-to-market sales strategy.

Identified two merchandising companies in China that eventually became official partners to help conceptualize designs and source/manufacture fan gear for the Chinese market. The creation was in partnership with the athlete, in-house designers, merchandisers, manufacturers, and was later sold on the TMall platform in China.
